RCSA was established in 1994 in honor of Paul E. Reinhold, founder of Reinhold Corporation & Shadowlawn Farm in Clay County, to annually promote and reward outstanding community services that benefit Clay County. Annual cash awards are presented to non-profit groups providing outstanding services, as selected by an independent panel of judges who vote the best for that year. To date, $675,000 has been awarded to 150 different organizations.

Eligibility:
Awards are project oriented to recognize actual community efforts from the previous year. All non-profit programs active in the First Coast Area, regardless of size or location, are eligible as long as the project submitted for recognition actively supported citizens of Clay County. Effectiveness is the determining factor.

Awards To Be Made:

	$60,000 to $65,000 will be awarded as follows:
		10	$500 Awards	- 1 per category
		20	$500 Awards	- at large
		15	$1,000 Awards	- Special Judges' Awards
		2	$5,000 Awards	- Judges' Choice Awards
		1	$5,000 Award	- Peggy Bryan Outstanding Volunteer of the Year
		2	$2,500 Awards	- Extraordinary Volunteers of the Year
		1	$5,000 Award	- Outstanding Executive Director (optional)
		1	$10,000 Award	- Paul E. Reinhold Outstanding Service Award
